Early Riser Companion Autumn/Winter
Early Riser Companion is an indispensable family resource book filled with songs, rhymes, recipes and ideas for rituals and rhythms to layer into your home. It is a book for the new parent, a treasure for someone already along the parenting path, a spark of inspiration towards more growth and perspective.
Much as the Farmer's Almanac recorded tide tables and facts about seasonal crops, Early Riser Companion gives touch points to be woven into the fabric of your family day.
This is an interactive Autumn/Winter edition that includes new and updated chapters.
Included are:
Beautiful photo essays with accompanying poems or reflections that celebrate childhood and the transformation we undergo as we strive to parent with attention
New guest essays
Songs and finger rhymes to learn with your little ones for each season
Downloadable pdfs of the book and artwork
A rhythm wheel that can be downloaded and used with your children to create a daily and weekly schedule
An "Around the Year" Section that is a mini-reference book with ideas for celebrations, easy mindfulness practices, herbal wellness recipes as well as thoughts on self-care, and weaving anchor points of tradition and ritual throughout each season.

Peace begins at home
✳
Peace begins at home ✳
Elizabeth Antonia is first and foremost a mother, wife and friend living in her householder years.
The vision of Early Riser is to offer resources that will support and enrich women throughout every stage of their family life.
Growing up in the Encinitas, California area, she took her first yoga class at the age of 15 which set her on the path of self-study and the pursuit of how we can feel more integrated in our own skin. Elizabeth has completed her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification, has taught meditation and facilitated women’s circles/workshops around our own unique capacity to raise family consciousness.
In the past several years, she has explored herbalism and aromatherapy and loves working with people to enhance their self care rituals and expand the healing modalities they can reach for on a regular basis.
A California native with deep roots in the Northwest, she now resides in the San Juan Islands with her family. She has worked for over 15 years as a Creative/Art Director for companies such as Apple, Coach, J Brand and Lucky Brand Jeans and most recently as Global Creative Director for Ergobaby.
FAQ
-
Over the past 5 years, I have been asked countless times when I would be offering an online version of the book. Of course, the reason I created Early Riser Companion was because of my love of the printed word and it will forever be my favorite medium.
That being said, because of my professional background, I have a rich history of creating immersive environments and I loved the idea (and challenge) of making Early Riser Companion more layered. It has truly been such a treat to revisit Early Riser and update and add new content that I couldn’t fit in the first two print editions. Mothers from Australia, the UK, Europe, Asia and Canada have often found shipping to be cost prohibitive as well. Just as the seasons are changing, having the ability to add more specialized content - from meditations, play lists, songs, videos, workshops - allows more freedom in updating and getting directly into the hands of women (and families) around the world.

This offering is not a membership even though it alludes to that in the checkout. Squarespace does not allow me to update the language on the checkout page even though it’s confusing. Sorry ! This is a payment for the Digital Edition which includes downloadable pdfs of the original book with artwork.
-
Yes! If you have paid for the digital edition of Autumn/Winter or Spring/Summer (or both!) you can download the pdfs directly from the website!

Due to the proprietary nature of the book, there are no refunds. If you are having any technical issues downloading content or have any other issues, please feel free to reach out and we can work something out: elizabeth@earlyrisercompanion.com
