Early Riser Companion - The Digital Edition
Early Riser Companion is an indispensable family resource book filled with songs, rhymes, recipes and ideas for rituals and rhythms to layer into your home. It is a book for the new parent, a treasure for someone already along the parenting path, a spark of inspiration towards more growth and perspective.
Much as the Farmer's Almanac recorded tide tables and facts about seasonal crops, Early Riser Companion gives touch points to be woven into the fabric of your family day. This is the digital edition that includes updated chapters for Spring/Summer/Autumn/Winter. Including:
Songs and finger rhymes to learn with your little ones for each season (with downloadable mp3s)
Downloadable pdfs of the original book and artwork
Beautiful photo essays that address sleep, lightening your mental load and cultivating attention
A downloadable rhythm wheel to use with your children to craft meaningful daily/weekly routines.
An "Around the Year" Section that is a mini-reference book that weaves anchor points of tradition and ritual throughout each season. Celebrations, easy mindfulness practices and herbal remedies.

FAQ
-
Over the past 5 years, I have been asked countless times when I would be offering an online version of the book. Of course, the reason I created Early Riser Companion was because of my love of the printed word and it will forever be my favorite medium.
That being said, because of my professional background, I have a rich history of creating immersive environments and I loved the idea (and challenge) of making Early Riser Companion more layered. It has truly been such a treat to revisit Early Riser and update and add new content that I couldn’t fit in the first two print editions. Mothers from Australia, the UK, Europe, Asia and Canada have often found shipping to be cost prohibitive as well. Just as the seasons are changing, having the ability to add more specialized content - from meditations, play lists, songs, videos, workshops - allows more freedom in updating and getting directly into the hands of women (and families) around the world.

This offering is not a membership even though it alludes to that in the checkout. Squarespace does not allow me to update the language on the checkout page even though it’s confusing. Sorry ! This is a payment for the Digital Edition which includes downloadable pdfs of the original book with artwork.
-
Yes! If you have paid for the digital edition of Autumn/Winter or Spring/Summer (or both!) you can download the pdfs directly from the website!

Due to the proprietary nature of the book, there are no refunds. If you are having any technical issues downloading content or have any other issues, please feel free to reach out and we can work something out: elizabeth@earlyrisercompanion.com
